AIRCOM® QRB quick release block allows automatic guns to be removed from the spray plant with a simple gesture, via a quick release knob. By pressing them back they return to their working position. The QRB is entirely made of stainless steel and has “special” compound seals. The block is equipped with automatic valves that intervene when the gun is released, in order to automatically stop the flow of air and paint: it can be set on either the right or left side.
The QRB offers the possibility of pre-adjusting the off-machine guns in accordance with work programs: with two sets of guns, any type of work can be carried out in rotation without stopping the system. Moreover, inactive guns can be quickly removed from the system, thus avoiding soiling.
